The fuser is very difficult to change on those since HP pretty made them a "throw away printer". Best thing to do is buy a new LaserJet 2600 refurbished or one without toner on ebay. They are only 50-100. You may also want to just buy a new one for the toner since that is often cheaper then purchasing each toner individually.
